Technical Support Specialist

Location: Dubai (office based)

Must be able to speak, write and read Arabic and Hindi, fluently.  

Role description:

To manage all technical support tickets and services requests in accordance to respective client specific entitlements

Responsibilities:

  1. Support clients with second level support in order to have continuous service  
  2. Conduct new database configurations as per the client requests or as per service delivery team request
  3. Liaise with Head Office Database team to modify notifications files based on client request.
  4. Liaise with Head Office team in order to fix technical issues / technical issues in the software platform continuously improve the system
  5. Conduct investigations on data or report and determine whether it is caused by software/hardware or drivers negligence
  6. Liaise with Head Office for satellite activation and deactivation as per client or the channel partners request
  7. Extract information/report from the system and submit it to the client in case of any accidents investigation
  8. Create new database for client /channel partners by liaising with Head Office
  9. Create and provide technical support guides/documentation for internal team or client/channel partners
  10. Coordinate service delivery for investigations and configuration changes
  11. Conduct training for clients/channel partners on mix fleet manager system

Experience and Qualifications:

A Bachelors degree in any field 

A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar Technical support role.
