Job Description

That’s why we’re seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

MiX combines a sophisticated software platform with cutting edge hardware solutions to give our customer real-time visibility and actionable insights used to optimize their supply chain, improve efficiencies, mitigate risk, and save money. Familiarity with telematics, asset tracking, IoT, AI, predictive analytics, and logistics is a plus.

Main Responsibilities

  • Research and understand market requirements in accordance with MiX’s sales verticals and targets.
  • Demo the MiX platform for prospects using online meeting platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Provide structured and accurate feedback to management
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
  • Keep close to and comprehend the competitor value proposition in the telematics sector
  • Utilize Salesforce, cold calling, marketing platforms and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • University Degree with Technology, Business or Marketing Major
  • Minimum 3 years working experience as SDR, Account Executive or similar in sales
  • Highly motivated individual with a genuine interest in technology and a passion to sell cutting-edge products
  • Outstanding lead generation and sales track record
  • Knowledge or keen interest in transport, logistics, vehicles, fleet, automotive and/ related sectors and technologies
  • Positive, professional and able to collaborate
  • Strong communication, negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid commercial understanding
  • Ability to manage multiple activities in a deadline-oriented, high pressure environment
  • High energy, fast learner, with passion
  • Creative thinker with a vision
  • Great time management skills
  • Understanding and previous experience in a SaaS business
  • Aptitude to deliver attractive presentations and pitches virtually over zoom


  • Native Arabic Speaker
  • Excellent command of English Language

Tech. Knowledge:

  • High level of PC literacy with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong knowledge of CRM applications
  • Expert in using Online Conferencing Tool
